About Simple Catholic Living

Thank you for visiting Simple Catholic Living!

The purpose of this blog is to encourage busy Catholic women, like yourself, who desire to glorify God as women, wives, mothers, and homemakers. God has created you to live a joyful and faith-filled life but sometimes we get caught up in day-to-day struggles that we forget that we are called to greater things. I encourage you to check out the links below, and don’t forget to sign up for email updates. Not only will you get updates sent right to your inbox, you will get a complimentary copy of the Making Time for Prayer Cheat Sheet as a special gift. πŸ™‚

God is Awesome!

As a practicing Catholic, I am utterly passionate about my faith. It is my heart’s desire to glorify God in all things and be an instrument of His love and grace to others. In that vein, much of this blog will include snippets of my faith journey, prayer and making time for prayer, personal reflections, celebrating the different liturgical seasons and holidays and other topics related to our Catholic faith. I’ll even make a prayer request now and again. πŸ™‚ I pray these posts inspire and strengthen your walk with the Lord.

Don’t get me wrong. My life isn’t perfect. I am not perfect. I struggle at times – A LOT. I have mild Cerebral Palsy and that comes with a whole bunch of issues. I sometimes write about those struggles and the lessons I am learning from them in hopes that they will encourage you.

Other Topics

Over the years, I have talked about various subjects such as my family, homeschooling, homemaking, working from home, my love of reading, and shared a bunch of resources. I have slowly faded out most of those topics but if you do a search, you will find just about anything here. πŸ™‚

Let’s Work Together

It is my heart’s desire to help you, in any way I can, to help you live the life you want. I want it to be a joy-filled, faith-filled, and amazing life filled with good things. To that end, I have a variety of free and paid products and programs that I offer for you.

First, I recommend you sign up for free email updates. In this way, you will get all future emails sent straight to your inbox and you will get insights and other tips that I only share via email.

Second, join the free Facebook Group.Β  This group is a safe place to grow in your faith, ask questions, ask for prayer requests (and pray for others), and interact with other like-minded Catholics.

Third, grab a prayer journal. So far, I have three journals available: An Advent Prayer Journal, A Lenten Prayer Journal, and A Catholic Woman’s Prayer Journal. These journals give you an opportunity to go deeper in your prayer life. You can get the journals in paperback or in a pdf. version.

Fourth, one-on-one coaching and accountability. Let’s have a conversation to get to know each other and discover how I can help you take control of your schedule and help you create a life you love! (Allow yourself about an hour so we aren’t rushed. πŸ™‚ )

Let’s Connect!

Communication is a two-way street and I would love to get to know you better, too. In that vein, I again invite you to join the Catholic Women’s Prayer and Encouragement Group. Not only will you connect with other like-minded women seeking to grow in their faith life, you will get daily encouragment and give me the opportunity to get to know you and support you in any way I can.Β  Click here to join the free FB Community.
