Extended Blogging Break

Have you ever heard the expression, “When you make plans, God laughs?” I think that happened to me when I got the idea that I could keep up with the blog while taking classes this semester! I am less than a week into classes and I already know that I won’t be able to do both, at least not very well.

All five of the classes I am taking require a lot of reading and a lot of papers. In fact, my Senior Seminar requires an 18-25 page paper with a minimum of 10 scholarly sources. That’s a lot! So, with classes, homeschooling Andrew and all the other details of life, something has to give.

Therefore, I have made the difficult decision to take an extended blogging break. I know that if I try to keep up with the blog I will put unnecessary stress on myself, so I guess it must be done for my sanity. 🙂 I do have a few books that I promised to read and review that I hope to get done, but aside from them, I won’t be blogging for a while.

My classes end May 18 and I graduate shortly thereafter; thus, I hope to resume blogging on or around May 25.

Until then, God bless!
