*I am reviving this recipe because I found it while I was preparing the menu for the week. I can’t believe that I haven’t made it in such a long time because it used to be one of our favorites! I have a gluten-free pie crust in the freezer so I think I will make it tonight. 🙂
This is my go-to recipe for tuna casserole (a.k.a. pie), which I owe to my friend, Katie. It is absolutely one of my family’s favorite recipes!
This sounds good, although hubby won’t touch fish of any kind. I wish somebody would start making gluten-free pie shells. It would make life so much easier for me.
This recipe doesn’t have a strong tuna taste, but not sure if your husband would try it.
With more and more people gluten-free, I’m surprised there isn’t a pie crust available, yet.
What!! So happy you love this recipe as much as me!! Daniel and I are the only ones who eats it here so I dont get it too often but it is so so tasty!! Hope you all are well Carol!
Katie!! We are doing great. How are you all? Still in New Hampshire? I used to make it all the time and then stopped for some reason. I was so happy to find it again because it is so easy to make as well as taste great. 🙂
