I have no clue where I got this recipe, but it is yummy!
Recipe: Chicken Wings
Ingredients:
- 3 pounds chicken wings ( can use legs and/or thighs, too!)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 cup honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt & pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place chicken in 9×13 pan.
- Mix rest of ingredients and pour over chicken. Mix to coat chicken.
- Bake for one hour or until sauce is caramelized and chicken is cooked through.
