This recipe is just as easy and tastes much better than “Shake ‘n Bake“!
Recipe: Breaded Baked Pork Chops
Ingredients:
- 4 Pork Chops (bone-in or boneless)
- 1 cup seasoned Italian Bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 1/2 tablespoon sage
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 stick of butter
Instructions:
- Melt butter in large bowl.
- Combine bread crumbs, cheese and spices in large bowl.
- Dip pork chops into butter and then into bread crumbs mixture. Coat pork thoroughly.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 30-45 minutes until browned and cooked through, depending on whether you use the bone-in or boneless chops and their thickness.

This sounds so yummy! I will have to substitute the bread crumbs to be gluten free, but otherwise I can use this recipe.
