Strawberry-Pineapple Jello Mold
This is one of my mother-in-law’s recipes. Happy St. Valentine’s Day!
Recipe: Strawberry-Pineapple Jello Mold
Ingredients:
- 1 large box of strawberry jello
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 pint (16 oz) sour cream
- 1 large can pineapple, strained
Instructions:
- Mix jello and pineapple into boiling water.
- Add sour cream and mix well.
- Pour into your favorite mold pan and refrigerate overnight or at least 4-5 hours until jello is set completely.
Quick Notes:
My mother-in-law usually makes this with lime jello, but you can use any of your favorite jello flavors that compliments the pineapple.
