Weekly Goals

My schedule was somewhat thrown off last week thanks to my site being down unexpectedly, but I still managed to get a lot done. These are the goals from two weeks ago:

Spiritual Goals

1. Daily prayers: Mass, rosary, quiet prayer and bible reading/study.

2. Finish memorizing John 6:33 (I almost got it down pat. 🙂 )

Spousal Goals

3. Write love note for Michael and hide it in his work bag.

4. Try to anticipate Michael’s need and surprise him by doing them.

Mothering goals

5. Continue reading The Mysterious Benedict Society to Andrew. It is taking us a while to get through this. Have Andrew read one short story to me.

6. Continue working with Andrew on character building: Obedience. (Doing this with stories, role-play and lots of practice! More on this to follow in another post.)

Personal Development

7. Start knitting the Kindle touch cover. (I’m adapting this iPad cover that I found, using only one color and adjusting the measurements) Adapting the above pattern didn’t work, so I had to create my own pattern. It came out okay, but I mis-measured so it’s bigger than it should be. More on this in a future post.

8. Continue to exercise on treadmill or Elliptical for 15 minutes.

9. Read Attack on Planet Falrus (for book review) and the readings for my classes.

10. Work on and finish essay for Introduction to Literature class. I got a B+ on the essay. Was hoping for an A but the professsor’s comments were spot on and I’m happy over all with the grade.

Blogging goals

11. Compose and post third installment on the blog series on marriage.

12. Write first draft for e-book.

Here are my goals for this week:
