Baked Pork Chops

This recipe is just as easy and tastes much better than “Shake ‘n Bake“!

Recipe: Breaded Baked Pork Chops


  • 4 Pork Chops (bone-in or boneless)
  • 1 cup seasoned Italian Bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1/2 tablespoon sage
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 stick of butter


  1. Melt butter in large bowl.
  2. Combine bread crumbs, cheese and spices in large bowl.
  3. Dip pork chops into butter and then into bread crumbs mixture. Coat pork thoroughly.
  4. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-45 minutes until browned and cooked through, depending on whether you use the bone-in or boneless chops and their thickness.
