At least for those of us in New Jersey. We woke up to snow Saturday morning… Not tons, but enough. More than enough for me! I’m not a huge fan of snow. It’s wet, It’s messy. It’s a horror to drive in.
BUT, I have to admit, seeing Andrew’s excitement over the snow is fun.
This is Andrew’s version of this idea. We are going to put the box in a prominent place. Each day everyone one in the family can write what they are thankful for on a piece of paper and put it in the box and then I’ll have Andrew read each one
We took Andrew to a fall/apple festival a couple of weeks ago. It was a beautiful day and we had a lot of fun! Unfortunately, most of the pictures I took didn’t come out except for these few:
My son recently started taking karate lessons at the local YMCA and loving it! He has only taken two lessons so far, but he already considers himself an expert! LOL! He looks quite cute in his uniform though.
We took Andrew to an apple festival / car show a couple weeks back. While there, I saw this cool looking car. I have no clue what kind of car this is, so don’t ask. What caught my eye the most is that it looks like it has no tires!
Andrew was SOOOO excited to lose his first tooth! Being the smarty pants that he is, he knows there’s no tooth fairy, but he was still thrilled to find a surprise (money) under his pillow.
Wow! I can’t believe the summer is pretty much over. July and August seemed to just fly by so quickly! I thought I’d preserve a little of summer by putting together a few pictures of my family having some summer fun:
My friend Terry (on the left) whom I’ve known since 7th grade and my friend Jen (on the right), whom I’ve known since high school. I am truly blessed to have such great friends as these two have always been to me!
This is my friend Terry’s dog. I was at Terry’s for a birthday party for her son a few weeks ago, and her dog (whose name escapes me at the moment!) wanted to show off her talents! LOL!
