Do You Want a Healthier You in 2017?

(I am interrupting my Christmas break to give you some news from one of my favorite bloggers, Money Saving Mom. 🙂 )

15 Days to a healthier You

One of the biggest resolutions people make each year is to lose weight. I’ve made that a goal of mine many a year! But what if you could do it differently? What if you could focus on the “whole you” and not just the diet and exercise bit of getting healthy?

Well, Crystal Paine is on a mission to do just that. She has created a course aptly named, 15 Days to a Healthier You. In this course, Crystal will take a holistic approach and help you make realistic goals, make health a priority, and boost your energy.

In this 15 day course you will get a daily 15 minute live video with Crystal (will be recorded), daily lessons and projects, access to a private Facebook group, accountability and more! It is a great opportunity to get the new year off to a great start.

And guess what? Your investment is only $15. That is a dollar a day. Not bad, huh?! I suggest you go sign up now because sign ups CLOSE on January 3. Then, access to Facebook group opens January 6th and the program starts January 9th.

For more information go here.

Make Over Your Mornings One-Day Sale!

Like I mentioned yesterday, today Crystal is holding a one-day only sale of her course, Make Over Your Mornings (aff). I am really excited about this because you can get the 14-day course for just $10!

This includes all the videos, work book, cheat sheets, access to a private Facebook page and more. I can promise you that the course is well worth the $10 investment. In fact, it is worth much, much more.

I don’t push or promote products aggressively, including my own, but I am pushing Make Over Your Mornings (aff) because it one product that has made such a huge difference in my life and I am confident that it will make a huge difference in yours!

Therefore, I encourage you to take a peek at the first day of course, and if you think it may be for you, sign up. You will not regret it.

———

Aff stands for affiliate link, which means that when someone purchases the course through my link, I get a small commission, at NO extra cost to you. However, that is NOT why I am promoting this course. I am only promoting this course because I have benefited greatly from this course and I know that you can too.

Free Download and a Heads Up

If you have read my review of the Make over Your Mornings course, you know that I am a big fan. It has completely changed the way I approach my mornings – and evening.

Well, if you have been thinking about taking the course but just not sure if it is right for you, I have some good news. Crystal has decided to make the first day of the course (aff) free of charge. This will give you a chance to preview the course and see exactly what each day will look like.

Not only that, but tomorrow, there will be a special, one day only, sale. I will give out the details as soon as they become available. 🙂

She’s Back…..! (Mostly) and Weekly Goals

Set Goals

Well, I haven’t posted since September 8th. I never planned for that to happen, but the two 7 1/2 week classes turned out to be very labor intensive, along with my other two classes, plus homeschooling Andrew, plus life…you know the drill! Plus, we had changes to my husband’s employment which has been a bit of a life-changer. Also, this Wednesday I have a big presentation for my Anglo-Saxon class, and after that, I’m pretty much good except for a couple of big-project papers and possibly a final. So, hopefully, I will be able to get some regular blogging in – especially since I am WAY past due on some book reviews.

As for goal setting, I pretty much blew it to the wayside for a while; therefore, I am not going to post my previous goals, just the ones for this week. Also, I am only going to start with eight goals, so I can ease back into the goal setting mode.

Marriage/Parenting/Home Management Goals

1. Send Michael a “love text” twice this week.

2. Stay on top of Andrew’s homeschool.

Personal Goals

3. Get up at 6:00 am.

4. Spend at least 15 minutes reading the bible and prayer every morning.

5. Exercise at least 15 minutes, 5 times this week.

Educational Goals

6. Finish preparing presentation and give to class.

7. Write pre-proposal for my Senior Seminar professor. (She is helping me with some ideas for my final paper.)

Blogging/Writing Goals

8. Write at least one blog post this week (besides this one).

Now it’s your turn. Share what you have going on this week in the comments, or join us over at Money Saving Mom with your own goals.

Educational Goals

I’ve decided that for the next few months I am going to keep my goal setting to the absolute basics and focus on priorities. As much as I would like to get some extras done, it’s just not going to happen. Therefore, I am going to keep my goals to a minimum, and will just have to let some things slide. Here are my plans:
