Turkey Tetrazzini

Thanksgiving is in a couple of weeks, so here’s a good recipe to use up some of all that leftover turkey. :) Recipe obtained during a recipe swap several years ago:

: Turkey Tetrazzini
  • 4 cups cooked turkey
  • 1/2 lb cooked thin spaghetti (broken into pieces before cooking)
  • 1/2 lb mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli pieces
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup sherry
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese or shredded cheddar cheese
  1. Saute mushrooms in butter.
  2. Combine soups, milk, broth, and sherry.
  3. Mix with mushrooms, turkey, broccoli and cooked spaghetti.
  4. Turn into a shallow greased casserole dish.
  5. Sprinkle top with cheese
  6. Bake in a preheated, 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly and cooked through.
