Set Goals

Here is how I did last week:

Marriage/Parenting/Home Management Goals

1. Send Michael a “love text” twice this week.

2. Take Andrew to basketball camp every morning.

Personal Goals

3. Get up at 6:00 am.

4. Read a chapter each day of the book study I am doing, and spend ten minutes in quiet time.

5. Exercise at least 15 minutes, 5 times this week. Didn’t do much extra exercise, but I am counting the exercise from walking the dog. 🙂

Educational Goals

6. Attend last class!

Blogging/Writing Goals

7. Finish reading and write reviews for The Paleo Manifesto, Answering Your Kids’ Toughest Questions, and Jonah and the Great Big Fish.

8. Work on the other website I’m creating.

9.  Create a blog schedule and pre-write some posts.

I start back to school on the 25th, so I am trying to balance getting a bunch of writing done and taking extra time to just chill. Here are my plans for this week:

Marriage/Parenting/Home Management Goals

2. Take Andrew to the pool at least twice this week.

3. Start reading Little Lord Fauntleroy to Andrew.

4. Organize homeschooling area and  gather materials for new school year.

Personal Goals

5. Get up at 6:00 am.

6. Read a chapter each day of the book study I am doing, and spend ten minutes in quiet time.

7. Exercise at least 15 minutes, 5 times this week.

Blogging/Writing Goals

8. Finish reading and write review for Answering Your Kids’ Toughest Questions.

9. Work on the other website I’m creating.

10.  Create a blog schedule and pre-write some posts.
